Welcome to our little corner of commercial property! We’re Jeff and Lynn Griffin, two brothers with a shared passion for commercial property and a knack for turning your dream into a thriving business space.

Growing up, we were always fascinated by buildings and how much power they have to provide success for a business. From dreaming up mere sketches on notebook paper just a few years ago, to now owning multiple commercial property buildings, our journey to get where we are today has been nothing short of an exciting ride. Jeff, the older (and some say better looking) brother uses his gifts in the building and technical aspect of creating your dream business space. He is the one who adds life to your dream. His process allows you to be able to walk alongside us as your ideal space is being created and change things along the way if you wish. While Lynn, the younger brother, is the visionary of your project. He makes contacts, builds relationships, and makes sure our team and yours are on the same page about how you imagine your dream space to be. Whether that be finding a building for you or building a new building for you, Lynn is there to make sure we know exactly what you want. Essentially, Lynn nails down the details and Jeff makes it happen.
